All of our installations are carried out entirely in-house by our own Installation Engineers – Never plumbing sub-contractors. All of our maintenance and service visits are undertaken by our own Service Engineers who are highly experienced. None of our Surveyors who carry out home and site visits are paid on commission – They are all full time employees of the Company and do numerous other duties as well as providing quotations.

Both our equipment and our plumbing installations are fully guaranteed. We also carry extensive Public Liability Insurance to protect us (and you) when we are working in your home or business, for complete peace of mind.

Anyone can install a Water Softener…correct? As someone naively informed us last week “Its only a couple of hoses and a drain…….!”

All of our equipment installations are carried out by our own experienced staff and manufacturer approved plumbing engineers. We never use sub-contractors so that we can ensure that the quality and consistency of workmanship is maintained on each installation. ‘You are only ever as good as your last job.’

We always use WRAS approved by-pass plumbing assemblies and the one key benefit to this method is that if you move house, you can very easily take the Water Softener with you. We also install a hard water drinking tap with every installation with the added option of an inline drinking water filter, purifier or chiller system, to give you the benefit of purifier and chilled drinking water direct from your tap

Efficiency is also important to us, so we always aim to leave an existing outside tap on hard (unsoftened) water, to reduce salt usage if you are watering the garden or filling a pond, as there is no benefit to using softened water in your garden.

If you don’t currently have an outside tap or you would like a secondary outside tap to wash your car/windows/motorhome etc with softened water to stop the limescale streaks, please discuss this with us and we can install this at the same time.
