We always install a WRAS approved by-pass kit, one key benefit to this is if you move you can take the softener with you. We also fit a hard water drinking point in every home with the option of a one-off filter system to allow you the benefit of filtered water at your tap

Efficiency is key for us, so we always aim to convert an existing outside tap to hard water to reduce salt usage when you are watering the garden, as there is no benefit in using soft water in your garden. If you don’t have an outside tap or you want a second tap to wash your car/windows in soft water to stop the streaks please let us know and we can install this at the same time as your new water softener.
